Alcohol Drug Treatment
If you're charged with any crime where alcohol and drugs were involved it would be a good idea for you to schedule an alcohol/drug evaluation as soon as possible. Most prosecutors will want to see an evaluation if alcohol or drugs were involved in your case, even if your case doesn't directly relate to alcohol or drugs. If you're not sure if you need to do an evaluation, contact our helpful staff immediately.
If you've been assigned to NCPD as a client and you're charged with any of the following crimes, please schedule an evaluation as soon as possible. Crimes include:
Driving Under the Influence (DUI)
Minor in Possession/Consumption (MIP)
Negligent Driving 1st Degree
Other criminal offenses, if alcohol was involved may also require you to schedule an evaluation. Please contact us for more information on your specific case.
DUI Victim Impact Panel
If you're charged with a crime that involves alcohol and driving you should schedule a DUI Victim Impact Panel as soon as possible.

Domestic Violence Treatment
If you've been charged with a crime committed against a family or household member you should schedule a domestic violence evaluation as soon as possible.
Note that a family or household member is not just a spouse, partner, or significant other. A family member can include extended family. Furthermore, a household member can include someone who's just a roommate.
